The Singapore Central Business District demands office interiors that project power, prestige, and productivity. This directory profiles five top luxury interior designers whose portfolios define executive spaces in Raffles Place and Marina Bay.
1. Designory for CBD Luxury Offices
Designory consistently delivers high‑end fit‑outs in Grade A towers such as CapitaSpring and Marina One. The firm specialises in combining tactile materials – marble, brushed brass, and custom joinery – with biophilic elements that soften the corporate edge. Recent projects include a 12,000‑sq‑ft private equity headquarters where hand‑selected Italian stone clads the reception while acoustic wool panels absorb noise in open‑plan zones. Designory’s team includes registered architects and LEED‑accredited professionals who understand the URA’s strict CBD conservation guidelines.
2. Hassell Projects in Singapore CBD
Hassell’s global studio with a strong Singapore presence excels at translating brand identity into spatial narratives for financial and legal clients. In the OUE Downtown Gallery, the firm transformed an entire floor into a “living boardroom” – a series of interconnected lounges that replace traditional meeting rooms. The design integrates smart lighting systems that adjust colour temperature throughout the day to support circadian rhythms. Hassell’s deep experience with the Marina Bay Financial Centre’s structural grid allows them to maximise column‑free floor plans while integrating bespoke HVAC diffusers.
3. Identity Interiors for Executive Spaces
Identity is known for crafting corner offices and executive suites that balance opulence with functional flow. Their work at Republic Plaza features a chairman’s office with full‑height backlit onyx walls and a concealed pantry behind a lacquered panel. The firm frequently collaborates with luxury furniture brands such as Poltrona Frau and Minotti to source pieces that match the client’s art collection. Identity also manages all BCA approvals for interior alteration works in conserved buildings along Collyer Quay.
4. M Moser Associates in CBD
M Moser Associates brings a data‑driven approach to luxury workspace design, using workplace analytics to optimise space utilisation without sacrificing aesthetic quality. In the AIA Tower, they installed a two‑storey glass atrium lined with Japanese vertical gardens, linking the 24th and 25th floors. The firm’s in‑house joinery workshop produces custom reception desks with embedded LED screens for digital signage. M Moser also holds certification for Singapore’s Green Mark Platinum interiors, which is increasingly required by CBD landlords for core‑and‑shell handover standards.
5. Kelong Design Luxury Office Interiors
Kelong Design focuses on heritage‑inspired luxury, drawing from the shophouse vernacular of the CBD’s conserved districts. A notable project is the conversion of a 1920s warehouse on Cecil Street into a law firm’s offices, where original brickwork was sandblasted and paired with polished concrete floors and bronze‑framed partitions. The firm sources local artisan light fixtures from Joo Chiat and integrates smart glass partitions that switch from transparent to opaque for privacy. Kelong Design’s depth in conservation guidelines ensures compliance with the URA’s preservation requirements without compromising modern comfort.
